Chocolate Martini

1 Semi-Sweet Chocolate (Lindt Is Delicious), Roughly Chopped
Baileys Irish Cream
Vodka (Good Quality)
1 Cup of Heavy Cream




Heat the heavy cream, over medium high heat, until it starts to boil.
Pour the heavy cream over the chopped chocolate in a medium sized bowl and stir until the chocolate melts.
Let it cool before making the cocktails.

How To Make The Chocolate Martinis:
To decorate the glasses, moisten the rim of your glasses with cold water.
Turn the glasses upside down and dip them into the grated chocolate, twisting them around so you get more chocolate on the rim.
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway through with ice.
Add 1 cup of chocolate ganache, 1 shot of vodka and 2 shots of Baileys. Shake it vigorously for 30 seconds.
Pour the Chocolate Martini into one of the decorated glasses.
Serve cold.
